ETS NORD invests in Tallinn – plans for major expansion of production

ETS NORD has launched a new construction project in connection with its existing production facilities located in Tallinn. The aim of the new property is to increase production capacity significantly and enable the group’s turnover to increase from the current 70 million (2022) to 125 million euros by 2027.

The new factory project was started with a local designer and developer. The plan is that the factory’s production will have as much automation as possible, and production processes will be streamlined with the help of digital technology. The total cost of the project is 15 million euros, and it is scheduled to be completed by June 2024.

ETS NORD’s Tallinn production facilities were recently awarded the Factory of the Year 2023 award in the category of large companies at the major industry event Smart Industry 2023. The competition’s jury praised the candidates for utilizing digital technology with a clear business goal in mind, which in turn enables new business models and sustainably increases production volumes. Last year, the award was given to Ensto Building Systems Oy.
