If you have any questions regarding the maintenance of ETS NORD products, you can contact our service by e-mail at service@etsnord.com

When contacting us, please reserve the following information in advance:

  • Project name
  • Site address
  • Product concerned
  • Description of the service request
  • ETS NORD’s order number (if known)

If the service request concerns an air handling unit, in addition to the information above, the following information is also required:

  • Project number – which can be found in the labels on the machines or in the order confirmation
  • Machine ID/position – which can be found in the labels on the machines
