G – Quality and environmental governance
In assessing environmental impacts, we follow a two‑way analysis – we evaluate both the company’s impact on the environment and society, and the impact of environmental and social risks on the company. The implementation of the environmental impact reduction plan is led by the ETS NORD sustainability department, supported by a sustainability steering group consisting of representatives from various departments.

We are committed to continuously improving our quality and environmental management systems. This includes not only meeting legal and regulatory requirements but also taking a proactive approach to reducing our environmental impact, increasing customer satisfaction, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
ETS NORD’s management system is based on quality, environmental, occupational health and safety requirements, and sustainability principles.
ETS NORD has held the ISO 9001 quality management certificate since 2000 and the ISO 14001 certificate, which recognises our environmental management and sustainable development, since 2006.
