We at ETS NORD are committed to reducing our environmental impact and developing ventilation solutions that are energy-efficient and sustainable throughout their entire lifecycle. We consistently move toward a circular economy, prioritizing recyclable materials and reusable components. Our products help improve indoor air quality and create healthier, more comfortable living conditions for everyone.
Sustainability roadmap until 2025
We have been operating with environmental awareness since 2000. Our first public recognition came in 2015 when the Swedish Export Council awarded us the title of Best Sustainably Growing Company.
Since 2022, we have been publishing sustainability reports, and in recent years our focus has been on measuring and reducing the company’s carbon footprint as well as preparing certified EPD declarations for our products.
Reducing our CO₂ footprint
In the context of climate change, it is crucial to focus on carbon dioxide (CO₂), which is the most common greenhouse gas caused by human activity after water vapor. Its rapid increase in the atmosphere is one of the main drivers of global warming, leading to more frequent droughts, heatwaves, and floods worldwide.
As a company, we are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our operations and contributing to climate change mitigation. To achieve this, we have developed an action plan aimed at reducing our CO₂ footprint across the entire supply chain and making all ETS NORD units operate in a more environmentally friendly way.
