Explorer Business Building

New business building in a unique location in the historical harbor area of ​​Tallinn!

Completed in February 2016 in the heart of Tallinn, this business building is impressive due to the exterior walls covered with LED panels. A new center will be built around the old port of Tallinn in the upcoming years. Explorer will serve as the city guide for the area.

The new business building has 5,000m² of space. Modern technical solutions and innovative architecture has been the foundation in the design and implementation of the building.

Environment friendly processes are adapted to the architectural solutions. Explorer has excellent technological practices and automation, that controls both – heaters and cooling systems.

ETS NORD participated as a supplier of ventilation products and solutions in the construction project.

The ventilation of the office premises is divided into North and South sides, so that the air volume on the sunny side is 50% higher. The result is sensible energy use and an excellent indoor climate.
