ETS NORD kitchen ventilation expands to Norway together with Ventistål AS

High quality canopies are essential for maintaining a clean and healthy atmosphere in a commercial kitchen and we are glad to announce that ETS NORD kitchen canopies will now be available also in Norway.

In June, ETS NORD and Ventistål AS signed an agreement, that gives Ventistål distribution rights for the NORDcanopy product group all across Norway. Ventistål AS has a long and successful history in Norwegian kitchen ventilation solutions and will now introduce ETS NORD´s unique new concept -NORDcanopy to professional kitchen customers in Norway.

ETS NORD introduced its new NORDcanopy concept in 2020 and the feed-back has been very encouraging. Matthias Diether, owner and chef de cuisine of the Michelin 2-star restaurant 180 degrees, describes ETS NORD canopy ventilation as “the most efficient and quietest open space restaurant ventilation I have ever seen”.

Changes in the professional kitchens are constantly taking place and the demand for new, sustainable solutions is on the rise. About 70% of professional kitchens change their concept or layout every 5 years. ETS NORD aSAP solution, with a high level of modularity and smart solutions for rebuilding and reusage, has been well accepted in Dubai as well as in Estonia, Finland and Sweden.
