The RVRU snow shield is designed to protect air intake openings against snow and to reduce the entry of precipitation into the ventilation system. The grille uses the same blade design as other grilles in the RVR series.

Design recommendation:
The recommended air velocity at the face area of the RVRU snow shield is v ≤ 0.8 m/s.
Dimensions:
Minimum size is 400 × 400 mm, with a size increment of 100 mm. Grilles of special shape and custom dimensions are available upon request.
Standard color is RAL 7000.
Custom colours are available according to RAL Classic (RAL K7) and RR colour charts.
Products are coated with polyester powder paint, providing good corrosion resistance and suitability for outdoor applications.
The coating is UV-resistant. Coating thickness: 60–80 μm.
