Recair Modular air handling units receive Eurovent certification – performance values now verified by a third party
20.05.2026
ETS NORD, a leading Nordic manufacturer and supplier of ventilation products, has received new recognition for its commitment to improving living environments through advanced indoor climate solutions, as the Recair Modular air handling units have been awarded the Eurovent certification.
The globally recognized and highly respected Eurovent certification in the HVAC industry confirms that the unit meets the required quality standards for construction and performance. This makes it easier to compare products from different manufacturers, and it supports informed purchasing decisions.
During the certification process, the manufacturing methods, structures, and performance values of the Recair Modular air handling units were thoroughly reviewed by the Eurovent certification organization. The units were tested in third-party laboratories, and the results were compared with the declared values. The testing process provided even more accurate and reliable performance data for the products.
In Finland, the Eurovent certification has so far been less commonly required than in several other Nordic countries. However, Finland’s Country Manager Jari Lehtonen sees clear strategic value in the certification.
“The process taught us a great deal about both our product structures and our selection software, and validation by an independent third party strengthens the credibility of our product brand. The certification also benefits our external stakeholders – designers, contractors, and end users. Transparency has long been one of our competitive advantages, and thanks to the Eurovent certification, we are now an even more credible supplier also for those who are not yet familiar with our way of working.”
The Eurovent certification for Recair Modular air handling units remains valid indefinitely and requires continuous commitment to the certification process. ETS NORD will continue developing its products and investing in increasingly advanced ventilation solutions.
